Noted Publisher and Editor Bill Cohen has Died

Analyzing a New Proposed Rule Allowing Discrimination in HHS-Funded Programs and Services

There is a proposed Health and Human Services rule change that is still taking public comments  until Dec. 19.  If put in place, it will set aside nondiscrimination provisions for race, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, or religion. Gay Comic Artist Howard Cruse, Creator of ‘Wendel,’ Dies at 75
