GLBTRT Chair Roland Hansen sent out an e-mail today asking for anyone who was able to assist with preparations and clean-up for the Social in Las Vegas. Volunteers are needed for:
- Shopping:Â Buying supplies at Costco and transporting them to Center from 2-5pm
- Set-Up: Most of the food will come on disposable trays, etc, but there will be some set up. Be at the GLBT Center at 5pm on Sunday
- Take-down: Need a couple people to stay a bit past 8pm to put the Center all back together again.
