Kenya court outlaws forced anal exams in landmark victory for gay rights

In Kenya, gay men suspected of engaging in sex have been forced to endure anal exams and HIV tests.  Despite the fact that same-sex physical intimacy is against the law, the country’s Court of Appeal stated that these tests were unconstitutional.
