Lambda Legal Sues Education, Justice Depts. Over Attack on Trans Youth
Lambda Legal is suing the U.S. Departments of Education (DOE) and Justice (DOJ) stating the Departments violated the Freedom of Information Act by withholding documents Lambda requested more than five months ago concerning the decision to repeal guidance issued by former President Barack Obama to ensure schools follow Title IX anti-discrimination laws.
