The recent issue of the round table’s newsletter is now available on the GLBT Round Table website [pdf file 949kb].
Thanks to David Vess, all the reviewers/columnists, and Jorge Perez for their help and support. Also to Eli Gandour-Rood who writes about iQueeries, the new student group at the University of Washington, and Steve Stratton who writes about the IFLA conference last summer in Helsinki. Other pieces discuss virtual meetings for ALA groups, thanks to notes from a webinar on the subject, and information about the GLBTRT mentor program. Kristen Hylton, liaison for GLBTRT and NMRT, introduces herself.
The Midwinter GLBTRT schedule and directions to the social are also in the newsletter as well as other news bits. Very important is Larry Romans’ article on how to become a candidate for a GLBTRT office. It’s not too late!
