Supreme Court to hear same-sex marriage arguments in April

This week, the Supreme Court announced that they will hear oral arguments on whether states can ban same-sex marriages on April 28th. The Court will hear 2 1/2 hours of oral debate on the issue, and the transcripts will be released the next day. There is no plan at this time to release audio recordings of these arguments.

Currently, there are 37 states that allow same-sex marriage.
