Texas Supreme Court: No inherent right to gay marriage benefits

In a unanimous ruling, the Texas Supreme Court says that married people who are gay do not necessarily have a right to government-provided spousal benefits.

Tumblr’s new ‘safe mode’ blocks LGBTI content

Similar to the YouTube debacle, Tumblr’s new safe mode has blocked more than just NSFW images and videos.  It also blocked LGBT content of all kinds.  Tumblr issued an apology and indicated they are working on the issue.
