Set in 1992, three disembodied minds (or DM&#8217;s) travel from Allo to save the world from another DM, Zephkar, who has inhabited the body of James Lane. Zephkar forms a religiOUS right group trying to turn the U.S. into a theocracy. While finding bodies to occupy who will volunteer to help rid the world of Zephkar, the DM&#8217;s make comments on the state of the world, vegetarianism, religion, politics, animal rights, drugs, and child rearing. Mixed in with the political statements and science fiction are exciting, explicit sex scenes.
