What you get here is an in-depth history and footage from a single annual conference (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idke.info\/\">International Drag King Community Extravaganza \u2013 IDKE<\/a>),<br \/>\nthat\u2018s been held the past ten years.<\/p>\n<p>Initially launched in Columbus, Ohio, IDKE&#8217;s theme is &#8220;we thought we were the only people doing it.&#8221; And while their excitement and pride in their achievements is endearing, it is a quite narrow and limited view of this cultural phenomena.<\/p>\n<p>If you have money in your budget go for it, but if the budget is tight, there are other videos out there that would probably do a better job of rounding out your queer collection in this area.<\/p>\n<p><em>Reviewed by, <strong>Morgan Gwenwald<br \/>\n<\/strong>SUNY New Paltz<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Drag King Extravaganza.
