Krug Memorial Fund of the Freedom to Read Foundation <\/a>are available until April 30. These are $1,000 and\/or $2,500 to support \u201cRead-Outs\u201d or other activities to commemorate the week on September 21-27, 2014. During its five years, the Krug fund has supported 28 projects; photos are available on FTRF&#8217;s Facebook page and Flickr stream. Information about these events is at www.ftrf.org\/?Krug_BBW.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Organizations are required to submit an event description, timeline, and budget with their applications and agree to provide a written report, photos and video from their event(s) to FTRF following Banned Books Week. Available from ALA is a list of thousands of banned and\/or challenged titles in the 2010 &#8220;Banned Books Resource Guide&#8221; <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alastore.ala.org\/\">www.alastore.ala.org<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0 as well as Banned Books Week posters, buttons, bookmarks, t-shirts, bracelets, and tote bags.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Event grants for Banned Books Week from the Judith F.
