This was the question from Mary Gen Davis from Ames (IA) Public Library on the GLBTRT e-list a few weeks ago. Following many comments, Davies wrote to thank people for the \u201cvery thoughtful comments on this thread.\u201d She reported,\u00a0\u201cI&#8217;m <\/span><i style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">extremely <\/i><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">pleased to announce that we can now include Ames (IA) Public Library on the list of libraries that do not require gender on any forms!
