In response to increasing charges from individuals, businesses, and organizations using ?religious freedom? as a tool to discriminate, Rep. Joe Kennedy of Massachusetts and Rep. Bobby Scott of Virginia introduced the??Do No Harm Act,<\/a>? which is an amendment to the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.? The Do No Harm Act mainly states that that civil rights supersede claims of religious exemptions.<\/p>\n
