Via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wxyz.com\/news\/region\/monroe-county\/newest-captain-underpants-banned-from-local-book-fair\">WXYZ<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>?Captain Underpants and the Sensational Sag of Sir Stinks-A-Lot? is the 12th novel in author Dav Pilkey?s series.
