In response, a coalition of businesses has begun a grassroots campaign to show that they will not discriminate against anyone. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openforservice.org\/#about\">Open For Servic<\/a>e provides stickers and a listing for Indiana businesses that refuse to discriminate against anyone who comes to their business.<\/p>\n<p>In an attempt to medal in this year&#8217;s bigotry Olympics,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.advocate.com\/politics\/transgender\/2015\/03\/18\/missouri-has-new-way-keep-trans-folks-using-bathroom\"> HB 1338 and 1339 would force the state <\/a>of?<strong>Missouri?<\/strong>to divide all non-gendered restrooms into gendered spaces and it would disallow the use of state funds to build non-gendered restrooms unless compelled by a court order. Missouri state representative Jeff Pogue is responsible for the bills.<\/p>\n<p>An?<strong>Oklahoma?<\/strong>bill that we reported on last week <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gaystarnews.com\/article\/%E2%80%98religious-freedom%E2%80%99-bill-ditched-after-amendment-added-prevent-gay-couples-being-humiliated1\">has stalled after Democratic state Representative Emily Virgin attached an amendment<\/a> that would require businesses that wanted to discriminate for &#8220;religious freedom&#8221; to clearly post a sign to that effect within their businesses. The bill is believed to be dead for this session of the Oklahoma legislature.<\/p>\n<p>The territory of?<strong>Puerto Rico?<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lgbtqnation.com\/2015\/03\/report-puerto-rico-government-to-stop-defending-same-sex-marriage-ban\/\">has dropped its defense<\/a> of its ban on same sex marriage.
