Rather than trying to have a committee produce large documents, we hope to have small groups of 2-3 people to work on smaller documents, with the aim of compiling a larger document in the future.  These small, focused, toolkits would be posted on ALA&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ala.org\/ala\/aboutala\/offices\/olos\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"A link to the ALA, Office for Literacy and Outreach Services web site.\">Office for Literacy and Outreach Services<\/a> (OLOS) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ala.org\/ala\/aboutala\/offices\/olos\/toolkits.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"A link to the Library Toolkit page of ALA's Office for Literacy and Outreach Services.\">toolkit web page<\/a>, linked from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ala.org\/ala\/mgrps\/rts\/glbtrt\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Link to the ALA Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered Round Table.\">the GLBTRT web site<\/a>, and elsewhere as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/connect.ala.org\/node\/73681\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"A link to the GLBTRT Toolkit Development List document on ALA Connect.  This document is accessible to the public.\">GLBTRT Toolkit Development List<\/a> page on ALA Connect lists toolkit topics our community feels should be addressed.
