The committee has created a simple\u00a0<a style=\"color: #0055a5;\" href=\"http:\/\/bannedbooksweek.org\/node\/add\/event\">form<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0<a style=\"color: #0055a5;\" href=\"http:\/\/bannedbooksweek.org\/\">bannedbooksweek.org<\/a>\u00a0to which organizations can post their activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #303030;\">\u201cWe want to publicize the many events being organized around the country during Banned Books Week,\u201d said Judy Platt, chair of the Banned Books Week Executive Committee, &#8220;to show the collective voice that is speaking out against censorship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #303030;\">Barbara Jones, executive director of ALA\u2019s Office for Intellectual Freedom, echoes this sentiment. She said, \u201cBanned Books Week just keeps growing and growing; it is a worldwide event now!
