{"id":1098,"date":"2014-07-24T15:43:07","date_gmt":"2014-07-24T20:43:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glbtrt.ala.org\/news\/?p=1098"},"modified":"2014-08-07T19:57:18","modified_gmt":"2014-08-08T00:57:18","slug":"new-fundraising-committee-looking-for-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glbtrt.ala.org\/news\/archives\/1098","title":{"rendered":"New Fundraising Committee Looking for Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>By Ann Symons<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Good News &#8211; We not only have a Fundraising Committee but we have two members!<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Erin Berman, San Jose Public Library, has agreed to chair the Fundraising Committee. \u00a0Robert Newlen, Library of Congress Law Library has agreed to join her on the committee.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Both Erin and Robert bring experience in fundraising and a desire to get this committee &#8220;off the ground&#8221;.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE VOLUNTEERS.<\/strong> \u00a0If you are interested in joining the &#8220;new&#8221; Fundraising Committee, please drop <a href=\"mailto:ann.symons@gmail.com\">Ann\u00a0a note by e-mail.<\/a>\u00a0This would be a great opportunity to help rebuild a committee from the ground up or to start your committee involvement if you haven&#8217;t been involved before.
