After calling marriage equality an assault on nature, Gordon Giampietro will fill a vacant seat on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. BuzzFeed lists additional anti-LGBTQ comments. Lambda Legal has estimated more than one-third of Trump’s court picks are anti-LGBTQ.
Arizona lawmakers push for a third gender option on driver’s licenses
Lawmakers have introduced two bills to help transgender and non-binary people in the state. The first bill allows driver’s licenses to contain a third gender option. The second bill requires death certificates to reflect the person’s gender identity.
