Marriage Equality News in Florida

In recent weeks, four counties inside of Florida have found for LGBT couples seeking rights related to marriage equality. However, the results of all of these rulings have been stayed pending appeal. In addition to this, a federal judge ruled for the first time today that Florida’s ban on same sex marriage was unconstitutional. However, District Judge Robert L. Hinkle stayed his ruling pending a probable appeal.
